Sarah Aborn is a Life Coach, Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist, and devoted Mother.
She became certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner in 1998 through Heartwood Institute in Garberville, California, and has practiced the Healing Arts ever since. She holds certifications in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Polarity Therapy. Her treatments are a blend of these modalities, specifically tailored to each client.
Sarah’s passion is in assisting people with their exquisite evolution and her mission with all of her work is to provide safe, nourishing space for people to connect with their deep essence for healing and wholeness. Weaving together conscious breathing, sacred movement, coaching, massage, and guided meditation, Sarah supports her clients and students in dismantling ingrained patterns that keep them from experiencing their FULL, unlimited, creative potential.
Currently Sarah coaches groups and individuals in person and online, practices Massage Therapy and teaches Yoga.
Grace Aldrich has been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. She came to the profession via two ruptured lumbar discs in 2004. After weeks of pain and the threat of back surgery looming, she finally found relief with the help of a skilled massage therapist. The care, deep listening, and profound healing inspired her. For 13 years she has been working with people to help facilitate the relaxation and unwinding of outmoded tension held in their tissues. She is trained in and employs techniques including Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Swedish, Myofascial Release, and Reiki. Most recently, Grace traveled to the Big Island to be trained in the soothing traditional Hawaiian technique of temple Style Lomi Lomi.
Nadine Hottat is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and certified nurse-midwife (CNM) with a master’s degree in nursing focusing on women’s health and midwifery. Her practice, Vision Hill Women’s Health, offers holistic approaches to women’s health care throughout the life span. Her work focuses on healing and vitality in the female pelvic bowl, including pelvic pain conditions and imbalances, sexual health, fertility and reproductive health, and is rooted in the deeply beneficial practices of Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT) and Holistic Pelvic Care. She also works with women with chronic health issues such as autoimmune disorders, mood disorders, interstitial cystitis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and Lyme disease. Weaving foundations of functional medicine, bodywork and a rich grounding of body/mind/spirit therapies, Nadine offers the heart, hands, and skill of a midwife to accompany and support you in nourishing and cultivating your own exquisite, innate healing abilities.
