Integration of this re-wiring is supported through conscious breathing and meditation. Specifically tailored relaxation massage and/or Yoga rounds out the session with a hands on energy balancing closer. WHAT IS TAPPING?
Tapping (EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a gentle yet powerful self-help tool that reduces the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger stress. Tapping combines coaching techniques with acupressure in the form of light fingertip tapping on acupuncture points. The tapping acts as a circuit breaker on the electromagnetic signal of the stress and diffuses its emotional trigger.
