Since she was a young woman, Laurel has been exploring how we live in the space between things ~ between in breath and out breath, between thought and word, between birth and death.

When we are stressed and tired, it is impossible to fully live into who we truly are.  Combining deep listening with restorative massage, zen shiatsu, and reiki, Laurel creates a space where one can truly let go and relax into being.  She also offers AromaTouch therapy, a massage sequence using essential oils to bring one into deep relaxation.

Originally training as a eurythmist, Laurel went on to work with children and adults with autism and communication challenges.  She spent seven years on the Core Circle of Vessels of Peace, a women’s service organization offering meditation and space holding for spiritual activism.  In 2016, she became a founding member of Threshold Care which supports individuals and families before, during, and after death.
